1. (SBU) Country clearance is requested for Embassy Khartoum Darfur
Peace Agreement Security Advisor Tod J. Wilson, who will attend the
Darfur Joint Commission at Addis Ababa on August 3rd. Traveler's
personal data is as follows:

2. (SBU) Mr. Wilson's itinerary is as follows:

-- Arrive Addis Ababa on Ethiopian Airlines at 9:00 p.m. on August
2 from Khartoum; and

-- Depart Addis Ababa on Ethiopian Airlines at 12:00 a.m. on August
4 for Khartoum.

3. (SBU) Traveler already has hotel reservations at the Sheraton.
Assistance is requested to expedite visa issuance at the airport,
transport to and from the hotel, and in arranging transportation
from the Sheraton Hotel to the Joint Commission and back.
