1. (U) Political Officer delivered demarche regarding UN
Security Council resolution on Lebanon to Minister of Foreign
Affairs Anthony Hylton, Minister of State Delano Franklyn,
and Deputy Director of International Organisations Angella
Brown.

2. (U) On August 14, DCM Heg telephoned Minister of State
Franklyn. Franklyn stated he had no comment at this time.
