1. Ambassador Roger Meece will participate in the Chief of Mission
Conference to be held October 10 to 13, 2006. Reservations have
been made for his stay at State Plaza.

October 14 Depart Washington, DC for COM Conference
October 15: Arrive Paris, France
October 17: Depart Paris, France
October 17: Arrive Stuttgart, Germany for Central and West Africa
