THIS IS AN ACTION CABLE. PLEASE SEE PARA. 1, AND 4.

1. Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Regional Advisor, Alan Dwyer to travel to Bangui,
Central Africa Republic during the period o/a August 24,
2006 through September 10, 2006.

2. The purpose of travel is for assessment and review of
OFDA programs.
