1. USAID/EA requests country clearance for Mr. Wilson
Ngugi, RFMC Financial Analyst, to travel to Kampala,
Uganda from o/a August 30, 2006 to o/a September 1,
2006 to provide financial management services to a
regional partner, Regional Center for Quality Health
Care (RCQHC). Mr. Ngugi holds an FSN-type security
clearance.
