1. Post delivered reftel concept paper to the Chilean
Nuclear Energy Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
on August 10. On August 14 Cecilia Urbina of the Chilean
Nuclear Energy Commission (CCHEN) said the executive director
had sent the proposal to a technical review panel. She said
in general terms the proposal made sense and seemed feasible,
but the GOC would need some time to form an official
position.
