(U) On August 14 Poloff delivered reftel points and
Dip Note to Acting MFA Director for International
Organizations and Cooperation, Minna-Linna Lind.
According to Lind, the GOE has not decided yet whether
to support Ruth Wedgwood's candidacy for election to
the UN Human Rights Committee. Lind said that the GOE
plans to make a determination within two weeks and
will inform post of the decision at that time.
