(SBU) Country clearance is granted for the visit to Tokyo of
EAP Assistant Secretary Christopher R. Hill, and EAP Special
Assistant Thomas B. Gibbons from Sept. 4-5. Control officer
for the visit will be Keith C. Jordan, 81-3-3224-5343 (w),
81-3-3224-6949 (h), and 81-90-7289-8815 (cell). Reservation
have been made for Assistant Secretary Hill and Special
Assistant Gibbons at the Okura Hotel within per diem. Post
will meet and assist at Narita airport, and has arranged to
provide A/S Hill and Mr. Gibbons with cellular telephones.
