SUBJECT: GUINEA-BISSAU: SSH PROGRAM 2006 OBLIGATION REPORT

1. Embassy Dakar's obligation report for the Ambassador's
Special Self Help projects follows. The project selection
committee recommended and tha Ambassador approved two
projects totaling USD 15,000, which is the entire amount of
Post's FY2006 SSH allocation for Guinea-Bissau. Post has
signed agreements with grantees and funds have been obligated
for the projects listed below.
