(SBU) On September 15, Poloff met with MFA West Asia and Africa
Department Desk Officer Nguyen Quynh Phuong to deliver reftels'
points on Darfur and Iran for NAM summit attendees. Ms. Phuong had
no substantive response but pledged to transmit the points to her
ministry's leadership and to the GVN delegation attending the
meeting in Havana.
