(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to First Secretary
Eduardo Gallardo of the MFA's Office of Multilateral
Relations. Gallardo said the GOB shares USG concerns and
expectations regarding the war on terrorism. While the GOB
agrees with President Bush's September 6 remarks, Gallardo
emphasized GOB support for multilateral action to address the
global war on terrorism.
