September 6. Dan Maradi confirmed that Niger Foreign Minister
Aichatou Mindaoudou would head the Niger delegation to the
Havana NAM Summit. Dan Maradi took note of reftel positions
and stated that Niger would, as usual, adhere to the
consensus position as developed by other African NAM members.
