Our cooperative relationship and its strategic location make
Singapore an obvious and welcome recipient of USG-sponsored
export control, non-proliferation, and counter-proliferation
training programs. The resulting crowded multi-agency
training schedule can tax Embassy and GOS resources if not
properly managed. To ensure the effectiveness of USG
training efforts in Singapore, we request interested parties
