CHILE, OCT 22-30. PURPOSE OF THE TRIP IS TO ATTEND THE

BETWEEN CHILE AND THE UNITED STATES AS WELL AS MEET WITH EMBASSY
STAFF AND LOCAL OFFICIALS DEALING WITH ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES.

WITH THE SUBSTANCE OF THE PROPOSED WORK PLAN.
