1. Embassy Kabul warmly welcomes John Fox, Office Director
of SCA/A, and grants country clearance for the visit from
October 14 to October 18, 2006. Control officer will be
Political Counselor Sara Rosenberry. Her email address

number 011-93-799-079-322. Please copy POL OMS Betsy
Zouroudis on all e-mails relating to this visit.

2. Charge Richard Norland invites Mr. Fox to stay at his
quarters during the visit. Embassy will meet Mr. Fox on
arrival and provide transportation and security escorts for
travel as required. Schedule will be provide separately.

3. Post recommends that all travelers review information
about traveling to Kabul on Post's website:
