1. (SBU) Poloff on October 30 delivered reftel letter from
U/S Joseph for Proliferation Security Initiative participants
on UNSCR 1718 to Department of Foreign Affairs Director for
International Political, Legal, and Security Affairs Jesus
Domingo. Domingo promised to convene an interagency meeting
on UNSCR 1718 in early November and to update us on its
conclusions.
