1. Post requests Department's assistance in screening the
following 13 candidates of the Kenyan security forces
nominated to participate in an ATA-sponsored Instructor
Development course to be held October 24 to November 3, 2006
in Nairobi, Kenya, pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign
Assistance Act. Post has reviewed its files and has found no
credible information of gross violations of human rights for
the individuals listed in paragraph 2.
