(SBU) On October 5, Vice Foreign Minister Tsolmon told then Charge
that Mongolia would vote for Guatemala in the forthcoming vote for
UNSC elected seats. Tsolmon stated that Mongolia's mission at the
United Nations would formally convey this to Guatemala by a
diplomatic note within the next few days.
