Post delivered the demarche to the Ministry Of Sea, Tourism,
Transportation and Development on October 13, 2006. State Secretary
for Telecommunications, Drazen Breglec, will head the Croatian
delegation to the conference. Post has not yet received
confirmation of GOC support for the US ITU candidate. We will
pursuit this further with the Croatian MFA and update septel.
