REO delivered requested demarche (reftel) on the December 6-8 Avian
Influenza meeting in Bamako to Ministry of Health advisor Daniel
Salas on November 28. Salas reported that Costa Rica had received
short notice of the meeting and would not be represented due to
prior commitments. He asked for further information on the
meeting's agenda and copies of documents that would be discussed in
Mali.
