Embassy is in receipt of the preliminary cruise report for the
period January 5 - February 1, 2005 from the scientific research
vessel Kilo Moana. We forwarded the report to James Waite in the
America's Division at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Trade on November 30, 2006.
