1. Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Kakanang Amaranand,
Officer at the Legal Affairs Division at the Thai Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Ms. Kakanang acknowledged our position, but
indicated that Thailand does not yet have a position on the
ILC elections. She predicted that a position may be
finalized at the end of this week, but noted that it may take
longer.
