(SBU) On November 3, we met with Fahmi Jamaludin, Desk
Officer for Korea at Indonesia's Department of Foreign
Affairs, to urge that the ASEAN Regional Forum Intersessional
Working Group meeting at Batam include clear language
expressing concern over the DPRK's recent nuclear test. We
stressed our support for Australia's proposed statement on
this subject. We left talking points contained reftel paras
5 and 8. Jamaludin undertook to coordinate the matter with
the GOI's delegation at the ARF.
