1. Post communicated the points and questions provided in
reftel to Ms. Lusi Surjanadari, the protocol point of
contact for the POTUS visit. Ms. Surjanadari confirmed the
gift presentations will be conducted protocol-to-protocol,
as requested reftel. Post requested the exchange take
place shortly after arrival at the Hotel Salak in Bogor.
No gifts have been received to date.

2. Post will work with Ms. Surjanadari to identify the
names of the greeters and relevant government officials.
We will also continue to collaborate with Ms. Surjanadari
to identify all of the gifts as soon as possible; protocol
has assured us the White House will not receive any live
animals.
