(SBU) On November 20, poloff spoke with MFA's Director of
International Organizations, Ruben Vidaurre, and delivered
reftel demarche requesting that the GOB join in approving the
International Atomic Energy Association's (IAEA) 2007-2008
project budget. Vidaurre commented that Latin American
countries historically try to reach consensus on issues like
these and that he would engage neighboring countries on this
issue.
