On November 3 emboff delivered the diplomatic note on the
ITU Council and Radio Regulations Board Elections to Miguel
Tongaza, First Secretary of the United Nations Department,
Directorate of the International Conferences and
Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with
a courtesy copy to the Ministry of Transport and
Communications. No substantive response was given. Post
will inform septel if any additional response is received.
