1. Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Regional Advisor, Alan Dwyer to travel to Kampala,
Uganda during the period o/a December 12-22, 2006.
2. The purpose of travel is to visit OFDA programs.
3. Travel details for Dwyer are as follows:

4. Mission in Kampala is requested to arrange for hotel
accommodation and airport pick up. Dwyer has a
diplomatic passport and secret clearance.
