1. This is an action request. This cable requests the
Department of State to initiate a Departmental review of the
following Moroccan national:

Name: FIZAZI, Ahmed
DOB: July 22, 1963
POB: Oujda, Morocco
CIN#: D 179002
Rank: O-4
Unit: Army HQ - Rabat
Purpose: To attend the Infantry Officer Course at Ft Benning,
GA from December 12, 2006 - July 26, 2007.

of Moroccan national listed above for human rights violations
and has found no derogatory information.
