1. (U) Embassy received on November 6 diplomatic notes from the MFA
stating that the GOL will support the USG candidacy at the Council
of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and will also
support the US candidate for the ITU's Radio Regulations Board,
Julie Zoller.
