1. Per reftel, Post conducted inquiries to verify the bona
fides of SATS Security Services Pte. Ltd.

2. SATS Security Services Pte. Ltd. is a limited private
company that has been operating in Singapore since November
17, 1989. Singapore's online business directory, Biznet,
lists the company's principle officers as:

3. DHS/ICE databases revealed no negative information about
SATS Security Services.

4. SATS Security Services (SSS) is a subsidiary of Singapore
Airport Terminal Services, which is a subsidiary of Singapore
Airlines, Singapore's national carrier. SSS provides armed
security services to approximately 40 airlines at Changi
International Airport, according to Jasmie Ong, SSS's Head of
Manpower, Administration, and Logistics. The Singapore
Police Force (SPF) reported that it has a close relationship
with SSS; a SPF Superintendent is seconded to SSS as
Commandant of its Auxiliary Police Force.

5. Singapore Customs confirmed that SSS was issued a valid
import certificate for .38 caliber ammunition on June 15,
2006. SSS's Ong stated that all ammunition is stored at a
guarded facility near the airport. Ong assured Econoff that
the company maintained detailed records and understood the
restrictions on USML items.

5. In our assessment, SSS is a reliable recipient of USML
items.
