Ministry of Transportation officials informed us on November
28 that the GOS is still "in discussions" and needed
concurrence from "several agencies" before it could commit to
either its limited participation in the International
Container Scanning Network (ICSN) or the pending roll-out.
GOS officials declined to provide a date for their decision.
