Econoff on December 5 conducted site visits to Changi, Paya
Lebar, Sembawang, and Tengah Air Bases to confirm the Defense
Science and Technology Agency's (DSTA) receipt of night
vision devices (NVD) listed Ref A. Econoff accounted for the
remaining 115 NVDs (Ref B describes previous site visits) by
checking serial numbers provided by PM/DTTC against the
serial numbers on the devices. This concludes the
post-shipment check on license 05-969988.
