(SBU) Econoff discussed reftel points with contacts at the
Ministry of Finance's Office for Financial Crimes and the
MFA's Office for Counterterrorism Policy and Global Crime
February 16 and 21. Contacts at both offices had no
substantive comments regarding the three designated entities
listed in reftel. Our contacts stated that they would inform
post immediately of any comments or questions, adding that
the information provided in reftel would be referred
immediately to the GOI's Financial Security Committee for
interagency review.
