1. (SBU) Post delivered reftel list of entities designated
under E.O. 13382 to Donatas Ziugzda, Head of the Arms
Control, Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Division of the
MFA. Ziugzda once again thanked the USG for providing this
information in a timely basis. He assured post that the list
would receive the proper distribution and the GOL would
continue vigorously to enforce UNSCR 1737.
