1. Per reftel instructions, talking points on "IAEA Report
on Iranian Compliance with UNSCR 1737" were delivered under
cover of Diplomatic Notes (Antigua #0173, Barbados #0174,
Dominica #0175, St. Kitts #0176, St. Lucia #0177, and St.
Vincent #0175) on February 26, 2007. The original Diplomatic
Notes were also mailed on that date.
