(SBU) On March 27, Poloff met with MFA International Organizations
Department Expert Dang Quoc Hung to deliver reftel points and
related non-paper on UNSCR 1747 Iran sanctions. Hung was aware of
the resolution and mentioned that Vietnam was the 31st country to
submit an UNSCR 1737 report. He expects the GVN to make a similar
timely UNSCR 1747 submission.
