2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of four Afghan national
security officials to attend the Senior Executive Seminar at the
Marshall Center, August 22-29. Post has no derogatory information
on these individuals. Post requests Department's review of these
candidates and response by August 2, 2007.
