Bliss starting August 27

1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of ten Afghan National
Police officers to receive training on the MI-17 rotor-wing aircraft
at Ft. Bliss, TX from August 27 to December 17, 2007. Post
possesses no derogatory information on these individuals. Post
requests Department's review of these candidates and response by
August 13, 2007.
