Director for Counterterrorism Miguel Enrique Garcia Herraiz.
Garcia Herraiz indicated that MFA had no information
regarding Hizballah affiliated Martyr's Foundation, Al-Qard
al-Hassan (AQAH), Ahmed al-Shami, or Qasem Aliq. Garcia
Herraiz expressed appreciation for the information and said
that he would pass it on to other agencies in Spain involved
in counter-terrorism efforts.
