(U) On July 20, we delivered reftel points to Margus
Kolga, MFA Director General for International
Organizations and Cooperation, Security Policy, and Arms
Control, on the draft UNESCO resolution on the
remembrance of the Holocaust. On July 30, Kolga
conveyed his appreciation to us for the USG's efforts
and assured us that the Government of Estonia (GOE)
would support the resolution.
