(SBU) In follow up to our earlier demarche (Ref B), on
July 30, Veikko Kala, MFA UN Desk Officer, informed us
that President Toomas Hendrik Ilves will head the
Estonian delegation to the 62nd United Nations General
Assembly (UNGA). Prime Minister Andrus Ansip will not
attend the UNGA, but Foreign Minister Urmas Paet will
accompany President Ilves. The MFA also provided the
following details on the Estonian delegation to the
UNGA:

Republic of Estonia.
ARRIVAL: September 20.
DEPARTURE: September 26.
STATEMENT AT UN: The afternoon session of September 25.

NAME: Mr. Urmas Paet, Foreign Minister of the Republic
of Estonia.
ARRIVAL: September 24.
DEPARTURE: September 28.
SPOUSE: Not accompanying.
INTERPRETATION: None required.

NAME: Mr. Paul Teesalu, MFA Director for International
Organizations.
ARRIVAL: September 24.
DEPARTURE: September 28.
