1. On August 21, PolOff met with Montserrat Vargas Solorzano,
Candidacies Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA)
and delivered reftel talking points.

2. Ms Vargas stated she would deliver the information to
their Civil Aviation Authority and added that the GOCR would
endorse the candidacy.
