PLAN TO ATTEND NNSA MEETING IN SPIEZ

1. A GONL representative will attend the international
meeting on October 22-23, 2007 in Spiez, Switzerland hosted
by the US Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security
Administration (NNSA) Office of Defense Nuclear
Nonproliferation. On August 6, poloff delivered the meeting
invitation and reftel points to Dutch MFA Head of Nuclear
Nonproliferation H.C. van der Kwast. Van der Kwast was unsure
which representative from the Netherlands would attend but
said he would be able to provide a name within the next
month.
