1. (SBU) Ambassador Bernard Tanoh-Boutchoue, Director of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) United Nations and
International Organizations Department, told Poloff August 27
that Minister of Foreign Affairs Youssouf Bakayoko will head
Cote d'Ivoire's delegation to the United Nations General
Assembly. Tanoh-Botcoue said the delegation would number
about 25 persons, with approximately 15 traveling from
Abidjan.

2. (SBU) Tanoh-Boutchoue said the MFA has contacted the
Ministers of Interior, Culture, and Environment regarding
attendance at the High Level Dialogues on Interfaith and
Intercultural Relations and Climate Change that will take
place on the margins of the UNGA, but no decision has yet
been made.
