1. Per reftel, the following is the interim expenditure report for
the Embassy's BFIF FY07 grant.

Project: CS IT System Connectivity (E-speed rental charges for one
year May 2007 to April 2008)

Budget: USD 1, 700.00
Obligation to date: USD 1, 700.00
(E-speed rental May 2007 - May 2008)

Project is proceeding as planned and final liquidations will be made
in June 2008.
