DRC Arms Embargo resolution to MFA International
Organizations and Conferences Department Political Division
Deputy Director SUN Xiaobo on August 2.

2. (SBU) Sun stated that the Chinese government does not
support an arms embargo on the government of the DRC, and
thus the United States and China are "on the same page"
regarding the resolution.
