1. Guinea-Bissau's Foreign Minister, Maria de Conceicao Nobre
Cabral is expected to attend the 62nd UN General Assembly
debate in New York. Her arrival and departure times and
participation of spouse are not yet known. It is also
unknown if the President Joao Bernardo "Nino" Vieira, Prime
Minister Martinio N'Dafa Cabi or others will attend. Post
