On August 8, Post delivered reftel points to the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation concerning the
candidacy of Mr. Steve Carr for election to the Standing
Commission of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent
Movement. Currently, all ministers have stepped down from
their positions on the eve of the August 11 Presidential and
Parliamentary elections. Post will report any response septel
once the new government is in place.
