A. The Head of State has no plans to attend UNGA.

B. The MFA has confirmed that the head of government, Prime
Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, will attend UNGA.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung (Note: in Vietnamese usage,
individuals are identified by their title and given name or names.
Nguyen is the family name, and this individual is addressed as Prime
Minister Dung.)

Arrival/Departure dates: unknown

Spouse's attendance: unknown
A Vietnamese interpreter will be needed.

C. According to the MFA, a decision on the Foreign Minister's
attendance at UNGA has not been made and will not be known until
closer to the travel dates.

E. Attendance by the Foreign Ministry official responsible for IO
