(SBU) Econoff delivered points contained reftel to the
Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on 30 August
2007. The MFA indicated that it would try to send a
representative from its mission in Vienna as well as a
representative from their export licensing office resources
permitting. If unable to send both, the GOL would prioritize
by sending a licensing officer, due to the technical nature
of the seminar.
